DEL & ANNE IN VALDOSTA

After the dyno tests with George Bryce, we went to the SGMP. Everyone had fun making lower than usual ETs, especially given the high heat & humidity.

Anne shaved a tenth of a second off her best time for this kind of weather. She had at least one quarter mile run of 7.64, which is pretty good considering Anne normally runs between 7.75 – 7.79 in high heat & humidity. Del had some excellent runs, but he’s keeping it under his hat until Indy.

DYNO RUNS WITH GEORGE BRYCE & STAR RACING

Not too long ago the good folks at Star Racing got together with the XXX Racing Fuel team to do some dyno runs with the fuel. We had some amazing results, as usual, and thought we’d post some of the footage from the day.

The first graph in the slideshow below is from the two runs on Anne’s bike mentioned in the video.

The blue line is from the run with XXX Racing Fuel, while the green is from the run with a competitor’s fuel an hour earlier. You can see the 5+ more HP, and more torque! The other two graphs are from dyno runs with Del’s bike, but he wouldn’t let us anywhere near his bike with anything other than XXX Racing Fuel.

SUPERMOTO, SEATTLE STYLE

Seattle, Washington – 7/6/08

Well, it was Seattle, so what could we expect? The weather tried to rain us out, but managed only to cause some delay, and shorten the length of the race. All in all, the XXX Racing Fuel, Mountain Motorsports, Litz Racing, Honda Team had a good showing in the series opener.

XXX Racing Fuel is excited to announce it’s partnership with Mountain Motorsports, Litz Racing, and Honda in sponsoring a team for the 2008 XTRM / AMA Supermoto Championship series!  We are extremely pleased by all the coverage this has gotten in places like psychobike, supermotoonline, and supermotoracer.

Returning to the team in 2008 and racing the number 30 Honda CRF450R in the supermoto premier class is Robbie Horton.  Robbie completed his first full year in the premier class in 2007 and this year he hopes to build upon his multiple top five finishes and his seventh place finish at the X Games from last season.
